with some saying an applaud as he warms up
some are actively promoting singing his song....
Is it just me that thinks it should be nothing at all

What would Sam Morsy do? I can pretty much guarantee he wouldn’t be overly hospitable or welcoming to a returning player. I’m not Sam though, for what he did and what he was a part of, for me he’s up there with the legends I was privileged to watch in the 70s and 80s. I’ll be giving him a decent round of applause. Even if the whole stadium do, it will have no impact on the result. First late tackle though I’ll be screaming for a card! | |

If he is a sub he will be applauded by the west stand as all respected/good ex players are.
If he plays and gets in his usual niggly tackles and gamesmanship then I will be baying for cards like for any opposition players.
I will be hoping matusiwa will dominate him and we realise why we have him and not morsy.

I'll applaud him before the game and after. He was the heartbeat and leader of the best team we've seen in over 20 years. He captained the side to fairy tale back to back promotions. And we haven't had the chance to give him the love and send off he truly deserves. I hope he comes to the North Stand at the end and really soaks it up regardless of the result of the game.
