As much as I feel hirst isn’t quite the striker we desire.. he’s the best of the bunch. COYB’s !!

That’s our strongest starting XI right now I’d say

Good to see George and Sammie back today. Akpom missing is a surprise.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

The first time this team sheet was announced, I said the same thing, and then they lost 2-1 against Oxford. But then the second time, they won 3-0 against Coventry.

I would agree it's the best possible starting 11.

They'd all laugh at me if they knew what I was trying to do. To create a new strain of super-wine in half-an-hour with a fraction of nature's resources and a FOOL for an assistant. 'Bernard Black, he's mad,' they'd say, 'he's insane, he's dangerous.' Well I'll show them! I'll show them all!

I hope for their sake hoth McAteer and Akpom have slight niggles. Smack in the chops for them if they're not making the match day squad.

KM did mention a couple of small issues.

Quite suprosed by taylor tbh. If we are going up against a bunch of man markers cajuste seemed the best choice to be able to break away from his man.. not really talent of taylors imo.

If fit I’d rather see Akpom than Young but a very strong starting XI and bench.

Taylor is in great form at the moment so not particularly surprised to see him getting the nod over Cajuste.
He's currently my first pick next to Matusiwa.
Jens to create havoc off the bench against tired legs.
Simples!

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

Happy with that!
Need Azor to stay out of the book so he can play Tuesday🤞

Let’s just get the win. Ideally yes, 3,4,5 goals but as we head into the next block of games, win and win ugly if we need to. I’d go 2-1 Town today.

My concern is more looking forward. I wonder if this means Cajuste will start against Bristol City, as I would prefer to see Taylor play against them.

Edit: Actually that goes for the attacking five in general. By I accept we haven't played in over two weeks.

Illness? This may be an unpopular opinion, but given their fitness levels I would rather have McAteer as Sindre's back up rather than Wes.

I don't thin k we need both Young and Johnson on the bench. Both can cover left or right back.
