Due to the fact that my email address seems available to so many companies I get loads every day. I just tick and delete at least 15-20 a day. It's annoying, but I usually go on to my emails at least once a day and delete the spam and ones I know I don't want to read. | | | |

You need a purge. At the bottom is an unsubscribe link. It will take you off their mail list.
Otherwise they won't stop. Very tempted to do the Ipswich one other than the fact it's handy to know when tix are going on sale |  |

Weird, I've purposefully got all my marketing settings turned on in the hope of getting emails regarding ticket sales dates etc. But I never get a thing come through other than confirmation emails when I've purchased a ticket or made a Planet Blue online order.
I've turned them all off, left it a few days, then turned them all back on again, still nothing. |  | | |

I'm a ST holder and member but get zero e-mails from the club except for purchase confirmations. I've never amended any settings.

Companies don’t necessarily delete you from their data base and many will suddenly start sending you emails a few months later.
There are companies I regularly unsubscribe from. It is a good idea to review who you subscribe to once a year. |  |
