Correct, we’ve been tracking him and interested but so are a host of clubs including Paris FC and Marseille, Watford don’t want to sell unless crazy fee that we can’t do until back in the premier league.

Whilst relevant, that article is nearly two months old and things can change. They did sign a midfielder a few days ago I believe.
Still, as much as I would like him I can't see it happening. He would have plenty of offers and would be very expensive.
