| MATCH OFF on 11:19 - Feb 3 with 3445 views | BseaBlue | Seriously embarrasing for this level of football. They should be made to play it at a neutral venue. | | | |
| MATCH OFF on 11:19 - Feb 3 with 3431 views | Blue_Moses | Surely a case for us being awarded the 3 points, we can't keep rearranging games because other teams have non league facilities | | | |

Let's not get all Blackburn on this!

| MATCH OFF on 11:22 - Feb 3 with 3275 views | Broadbent23 | It always rains in Portsmouth. At least we now have more time for injured players and tactical training before the weekend. | |

Or make the game be played at PR. Taking the piss now
| MATCH OFF on 11:23 - Feb 3 with 3196 views | Samuelowen88 | This is ridiculous. I know they want an early call, but they have 8 hrs to fix it? How many times can they postpone before we just get awarded +3 | |

Ok, at least let us play it at home then where we know the game will go ahead. We are running out of weeks where the game can be played. It will be like Sunday league when you had to play Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday to complete the fixtures. [Post edited 3 Feb 11:24]

| MATCH OFF on 11:24 - Feb 3 with 3165 views | Devereuxxx | Two postponements should mean we get the points - completely unacceptable at this level. It's not like football is played between the hours of 11h00 - 17h00 May to July, teams should start feeling the pinch because of inadequate infrastructure or facilities to put on games. | | | |
| MATCH OFF on 11:24 - Feb 3 with 3154 views | TRUE_BLUE123 | There has to be consequences on Pompey. 2 trips there for no games. | |

| MATCH OFF on 11:28 - Feb 3 with 2912 views | SWLondonBlue93 | Well that is incredibly tinpot. On the upside, we have more time to prep for a tricky game at Derby, and our run of successive away games reduces to four. | | | |
| MATCH OFF on 11:28 - Feb 3 with 2871 views | Broadbent23 | There will be now be a battle between HMS Victory and HMS Prince of Wales on the pitch. | |

Fix it how? If it is already waterlogged and due to rain all day today, not sure how you magically make the water disappear. Credit to Town for forcing the EFL/Pompey to make the call early in the day rather than after most people have travelled.
| MATCH OFF on 11:30 - Feb 3 with 2757 views | gainsboroughblue | Pompey are starting to be like that employee that you know will phone in sick on a Monday morning after a weekend on the lash. | |

Does HMS Prince of Wales have any F35's yet? My money is on that one if so.

Altho - and I've experienced this with building maintenance - the much heavier rain we've been getting in the last few years has been sufficient to overwhelm infrastructure which has been perfectly adequate since Victorian times. An impact of Climate Change, I'd guess. It's not the total rainfall over the year is greater, but it comes down in more intense storms, over-filling gutters and drains simply not designed to handle that unprecedented volume at once.

Unless it's the HMS Prince of Wales (53). That's already under more water than the pompey pitch.
