I actually thought he looked a bit shirty after coming on yesterday, few comments to teammates about astray passes and generally downbeat body language.
Plenty of reasons for that of course, ranging from bad form to external pressure, but would agree something isn't right with the lad. |  | | |

He shouldn't give him that big of a bit - watched it on telly and Hirst's was overreaction. Coming from a player who got on the pitch couple of minutes ago towards one of the best players on the pitch up to that point, was really unwarranted. Pass was bad yes but the reaction was over the top. Beside, Hirst's movement was lazy and ineffective for the most part. With his form and yesterday's body language he will only get himself further away from the starting 11. At this point I'd start Akpom before him. |  |

Quite simple really, no one does their best work in any environment when there’s someone looking over your shoulder constantly moaning at you, telling you you’re sh1t etc. Time for so called supporters who cheered when he was substituted to get behind him (and the team for that matter) then we might see Hirsts best work. Very much so, had a right go at Kasey or could have been mehmeti because he didn't pick his run up, should encourage not have a go,
Couldn't sort his feet out not the first time that was woeful,
We have to remember he's human no supporters will know if he or his family have problems affecting him or his injuries have took there toll but something really off,
Hope the coaching team can get him right,

Since Chaplin left..hes not the same..plus he knows that Iif we go up ,that's it he's going to be surplus to requirements and be lucky to get a championship club in for him in for him with his present form..knowing all this and be not a part of the club no more can effect a person's mentality ..I know at the end of the day its all about bringing in an income and providing for family and so on.,but we forget that some of these players can be so integral to their club and surroundings and know everyone around like family, that if and when the time comes they have to leave..it does affect them and their way ot thinking.,that I may not see these players again every day ,some as friends | | | |

I'm sure he would have a Championship club in for him. I would be surprised if we didn't keep him as third choice even if we went up. He is out of form and lacking confidence. He's not a bad player. Guarantee 3-4 Championship clubs would be interested at least. | |

He was a bit hit and miss but I think that's just because he's trying generally more difficult passes. When they come off, we're generally in a great position.
Prefer that than someone who is a bit safe, especially where he plays. Neil rightly gets a lot of plaudits for the second goal but Mehmeti does great work there as well. | |

Yep, that stood out to me too. I thought that after the season he’s had he should keep his head down and work hard. But maybe he was as much frustrated with himself as anything? Who knows. |  |
