Hard to imagine they will be anything other than a stern challenge, we didn’t get a sniff at their place

Tbh they concern me more than Hull did although i was expecting Hull to be a bit more progressive.

In theory we should win comfortably if you look at form and/table (sort of same thing really).

However I fear it won’t be that easy and they will raise thier game. Like you say they played very well against us at there place.

But the last time we got relegated didn’t we win 6-1 at Portman road with one of theirs getting sent off. Back in the day I still had a season ticket!

I read the same comments on their forum for the away fixture which filled me with confidence. Then they absolutely spanked us.

They are in the mud at the minute but most of their players have tasted beating us a few times so i think they will be well up for it. They are becoming a bit of a bogey team for us and i cant see them going down, just hope their winning run doesnt start saturday.

I’m glad they’re more confident than myself

That’s not really true, they scored two long range goals, both of which normally would not end up in the net, after that we were chasing the game. Just not our day

Bit of a bogey team for us. More concerned with that game than hull, for some reason.

The thing is they looked fragile throughout but pulled out two very good goals to be ahead at half-time, even in the second half there was a nervousness when we made it 3-1. Too many errors from us but their fragility was obvious that day.

I suppose they will set up defensively on Saturday but might just have the quality to take advantage of any breaks in a way that Hull couldn't do.

Yep, two freak goals contributed to our own downfall back in December - as soon as we got one back, they started to cack themselves.

That said, under Rowett you'd expect them to be harder to break through.

Not sure what there is to enjoy as such (until we actually beat them).

Its a no lose for them, expected to get well beaten, so pressure on us.

There are far worse sides in this league and they still have some top players.

I am expecting a much tougher test than some may think!

We've been awful against them consistently for a while now, and they always seem to turn up against us. It should be an easy walkover, but the combination the recent record and Gary Rowett makes me worry. I just hope we score early.

They are dreadful, hope we don’t rue not turning up at their place. Think they’ve not kept a clean sheet in about 30 games!! Norwich fan said they just gave up after first goal went in on sat, would be good to get an early one ourselves as clearly their morale is terrible.

For some reason though they seem to be a bogey team for us despite the fact they’ve lost almost half their games. Have a horrible feeling this ends in a score draw.

I'd like to use Leicester to get the "we never win when we go behind" monkey off our back before the season run-in.

2' Town 0:1 Leicester
45' Town 5::1 Leicester
90' Town 10:1 Leicester

A hat-trick and 7 assists for McAteer.

Let's settle at 2-0 and agree not to play the game. It will benefit their goal difference

I cannot understand what is happening to them. Hit hard by injuries currently, but I do not understand how they are anywhere near the relegation zone with their squad - utterly disastorous.

They could come to Portman Road on Saturday and field the side:
Stolarzych
Perreira - Okoli - Lascalles - Thomas
Winks - Skipp
Fatawu - J.James - Mavididi
Ayew

That on paper at this level is ridiculously strong.

Individuals and not a team. Low on confidence and under pressure. gonna be fun if we turn up.

Surely if Nodge won at their place last week , we can beat them at home , this bogey business bothers me slightly though .
Neck on line time 3-1 Towen.

I don't get this bogey team narrative. In the Championship we had two draws when arguably they could feel more aggrieved about each of them on the balance of play (KDH pen claim?), in the PL we were robbed in the first game, but didn't turn up in the second, and similarly this season.

In terms of their recent form, they got a draw with Middlesbrough away from home, and now have Jordan James back (who I think is probably their best player in terms of drive and quality)

Not saying we are not going to win, and I think we will, but this is far from a forgone conclusion

Lester on 10:49 - Mar 6 with 403 viewsjas0999

A very average Norwich side easily beat them at their place. We should be more than capable of winning at PR. Leicester seem shot of any confidence. I think if we can score early, it will be a straight forward three points.

I get the impression most of the players have checked out and are just waiting for the end of the season to leave, they don't have the minerals for a dogfight.
