Egeli - probably his best performance for us 18:27 - Mar 7 with 1652 viewsBlacknGoldnBlue

I know it was off the bench but think he looked up for it and caused a few problems for them while working hard for the team! And a great finish - he obviously knows where the goal is!

Agree. Burns seems to be more effective off the bench too.

I think people forget how much easier it is for an attacking player coming off the bench when legs are tired and space is opening up.

We see this time and again in all football teams when fans are calling for a certain player to be given chance after a few good sub appearances.

Good on Egeli. He's got a bright future. This probably suits him for a bit but then again Burns can't do Sat/Tue/sat starts

Burns still looks some way off full fitness to me so yes, probably better off the bench at the moment. Given how horrendous his injury was it’s remarkable he’s playing at all. Proper professional.

Egeli? I know some are grieving over the money paid for him, as if it was their money and his fault, but I hope people start leaving him alone. He’s going to be a top player, injury permitting, in my view.

I thought Burns was our best attacking player before he was taken off.

And exactly the sub you want when you need a goal and bits & pieces are bobbling around the box, because the boy is an outstanding finisher. It's a job for us and him going forwards to get him in more of those positions as he'll put them away. In general, if anyone can't see what we have on our hands in Egeli – who only turns 20 in the coming pre season – then they really aren't looking properly.

His tracking back was very good today. And he put in a great cross with his right foot, which proves that he can take his man on on the outside.

It was an incredible finish - and liked how he then ran straight back on 22:55 - Mar 7 with 1008 viewsunstableblue

… and ushered people to go again for the second.

Think the finish shows the technical pedigree he has.

Burns is absolutely our best option on the right from the start. He obviously struggles with those 2 games a week but when he is good to go he is so far our best right winger.

Yes same with his previous goal , good technique and instinctive finish, sometimes its like he has too much time and overthinks his options, but hes still young and will continue to improve

He's likely our best finisher in terms of goal shooting i.e. he can hit the target and score.

Yes probably our best attacker today, let down by finishing and lack of movement in the box from the others.
