Thing is, games are won and lost by referee decisions. You can say what you like about whether we should have taken our chances and that is no doubt what KMc will be saying to the team, but I think we have a right to feel hard done by when that soft penalty was given against us and two penalties were denied (unjustly, according to PGMOL) in the last match. Yes, some poor referee decisions but it’s nothing in comparison to poor individual player performances, poor decision making and ultimately, poor recruitment.

Preston as well we were also denied a stonewall penalty in stoppage time. That's 6 points to really poor refereeing decisions. Of course others have been lost when we've not done enough but that's a lot of points lost to shit refereeing decisions since the start of the year. | |
