A head, or heads, absolutely have to roll now. In every way you look at this , it's a total disaster. The silence is deafening.
I went to my first match at PR in 1967, home to Plymouth Argyle. Long distance season ticket holder. Been the length and breadth of the country hundreds of times, rain/snow/fog you name it. Spent tens of thousands of £ supporting this club across 6 decades.
Now, I would be totally embarrassed to go out in an Ipswich shirt or any ITFC branded merch. I just have no interest in going to any more matches. We're a tarnished brand. A laughing stock.
If the club are to stand any chance of recovering, they have to say who made this decision, and get them out of the club. |  |

The Guardian is not a partisan pamphlet, it's a serious newspaper, and Nick has never disclosed his politics publicly in any detailed way so I'm not sure either party would have anything to declare – especially when the piece is packed with facts, some previously public and some not.
