Tbf Guthers, you weren't one I was thinking of, there have been some going out of their way to challenge criticism of the club all week. Most notably the insistence that the pictures were AI and it was silly to suggest otherwise.

Exactly! I was hugely upset with the whole situation when I thought we'd just been a bit too accommodating and not savvy enough to see the potential PR disaster of allowing reform to film Farage around the club on a tour they booked. It turns out Ashton invited them in, met them for dinner, and then gifted them the shirts for the photos.

The only positive I see is Ashton seems to have been entirely responsible for this, so he has to go and then hopefully the club can distance themselves from the whole thing.

Yes, small detail in the scheme of things but think the 'the shirts are actually AI' argument was probably the stupidest line of posting on here all week.
