I dunno, I photographed them a lot in the 2014/15 season when they first got promoted to the Prem and they were pretty awful then too. Pearson didn't help things, but their fans were pretty entitled at that point too.
Everyone loved them when they took the Premier League from the big clubs for exactly that reason, it was unthinkable, not unlike how we became everyone's 2nd favourite club when we finished 5th in 2001.
The difference is the level of entitlement that grew amongst Leicester fans after the League and FA cup wins, it's never diminished and that's why there is a bit of glee now I think. | |

Hilarious, my foxes mates are out of their minds with hatred for the ownership and the leadership. It really is a good example of a club rotting from the Top (literally) down. Ownership who have lost not only interest but the money to run the club, King Power have been wiped out financially post-Covid, and Top is a pale imitation of his late dad, sadly for them. Real possibility the clib could be in financial trouble, I heard last week that they may even be in talks with Forest to sell their amazing training complex to them (its near Loughboruough which isn't far from Forest) and move back to Belvoir Road trainung centre, which is now their academy and women's one.
Toxic behind the season and in the squad, players like Skipp and Winks who are earning insane amounts and not up to the job.

Why do players do the "lap of appreciation" when it's obviously them just going through the motions?
As bad as Wrexham away was I was kinda OK with the players going pretty much straight down the tunnel with a gentle clap - fine with that. Sheff Utd felt a bit similar, but Kieran generally gets it right, a quick acknowledgement then head down the tunnel.
