I felt there was a degree of other players stepping up almost to prove it wasn't all just Cunha too.
But they haven't stepped up this season.
It is strange the patches of form that sides go through. Probably Strand Larsen and Ait Nouri were more vital to them than Cunha. To sell all three smacks of them giving up the fight. | |

Leicester also lost at home to Wolves. So if you reverse both results we are still relegated.
The only team wh would have benefited from a relegated Wolves woukd have been Leicester. We were the 2nd worst team in the Premier League last season. [Post edited 21 Apr 7:50]

That is also true but changed results do mix things up. No one knows what would have happened. It would certainly have given us hope for longer and left us within touching distance of safety at the end ... but it is the hope that kills you. | |
