Morris has been excellent with and without Hackney next to him in all fairness I nearly went for McBurnie as a third choice battering ram suggestion but I think we need more quality up there next season than that but the problem is we all know how difficult it is getting strikers !

Why would that astonish you in those circumstances? You don't think we would be interested any more, you think another Prem team will now show some interest or you think he will stay at Boro?

Given we’ve already got an Azor and an Azon, do we really want an Azeez and an Azaz?

I seem to recall a World Cup squad (South Korea?) having half their team with the same surname.

Not sure where I read it, but Boro fans and other pundits seem to think Boro have improved significantly since he joined in January. He was meant to have been their best player when they demolished Southampton in January But I admit in person I have only seen him at Portman Road - so you may have more to go on.

Most probably! I’m just thinking of poor old Brenner trying to work with that lot. Back on topic Hackney is the obvious one. Possibly Azeez, but unproven at the top level - he looks good in the Championship though (although we’ve been there and shown that can mean nothing at PL level). Nobody else for me stands out.

To be fair I've probably only seen him play about 4 games but he's always stood out as a liability and like he'll frequently give you something (in the Wout Faes mold). I think it was him in the first half at Portman road who had the mix up with the keeper we nearly scored from. He obviously gave us a penalty and was definitely responsible for them losing to Millwall. I guess as a direct comparison to us, it looks like the equivalent of playing Kipre in the Matusiwa role.

Scienza is superb and will be in the PL one way or another next season. Harwood Bellis was terrible in Saints last PL season, although there was of course the Russell Martin factor.

Imagine having Azaz, Azeez, and Azon on the pitch at the same time. And Azor as well.

Agree. Azeez, who looks a good player to me, and of course Hackney. Forget the rest.

| The 4 Play Off Clubs on 11:25 - May 12 with 310 views | mellowblue | Boro - Morris, I think Hackney would be looking for a settled Prem club and sees himself above us. Bit of an ego. Millwall - Azeez Southampton - alternative to Azeez - Scianza Hull - if we needed another central defender, Hughes | | | |

Fair enough - that is more than me. I still think that Hull's Regan Slater is a very energetic / aggressive player - he impressed me when we played them and was good again last night - but not the youngest, largest or fastest so maybe not top of the list.
