Seen a few people saying this in the thread. I'm assuming people just haven't seen him ful!.stop because he's pretty.much Millwall's stand out player every time i have seen them and beyond that his figures are excellent. So not sure how bending impressing.
Whether he can translate it to.the prem is the question.
I would be all for it but the figures quoted seem too high. £10-12 mil and fair enough.

Really? He's looked very good this season, can go down the line or cut inside and has good delivery. Good number of goal contributions from him this season as well. He's better than any of our current right wing options by a distance.

I really don’t understand the hate for Nixon. He gets a hell of a lot of stuff right on us, and like all journos, he gets stuff wrong at times also.
If he changed his name to "Alanio Nixio" and had a catchy opening line like "Reet listen up" people would be all over him!
I think he tends to go earlier on a lot of stuff which is why quite a bit of it doesn't come off and he seems to have a much lower bar for publishing stuff than some journos but you're right he gets a lot right - just not much to do with us.

Buying players who were outstanding for their championship team for a premier league campaign did not work for us last time. Azeez is without doubt a talented player, but I’m not convinced he is what we need.

Fans often base it on 90 minutes against us, not sure what he was supposed to do when Millwall were basically camped in their box for a half.

I can't say i've seen tons of him but he does appear to be physically strong enough for the PL.
If he is the first signing, the 'buying only championship players' crowd will get loud i'd imagine. For me we need to look everywhere and dismiss nowhere for our targets and that includes the Champ.
£15-£20m does seem the figure these days for highly sought after top end Champ players doesn't it?

Players who were outstanding for their premier league team did not work for us last time. Eg Ben Johnson, Kalvin Philips, & Ben Godfrey. The best Championship players are ready to step up including Azeez.
