Most multipacks are 25g.
There are a couple of key things to consider here...
1) Flavour. Has to be interesting enough to want to eat it but not something you would soon get bored of.
2) Salt. That is the killer. I would target a lower salt crisp.

You know, it was when Walker's originally brought out their 'low fat' crisps many decades ago that I first looked at the ingredients on the back of a crisp packet - and realised that they hadn't taken out much at all. Got me thinking a bit. But some time later things came to a head with my diet and I had severe restrictions put on what I ate (because of an intolerance not due to being slightly overweight) and now I have to look at what is in packaged food. Which has had some parallel health benefits too.

24 hours?
Quite a few. I bloody love crisps. I try to eat less of them now, fir cholesterol reasons, but I'd make an exception for competitive reasons.
Trying to think of what flavour to pick for a proper session. I think your prawn cocktail would prove a bit much after 10 or 11 packs as it is too strong.
I think it would be ready salted, or salt and vinegar, as any other flavour would prove cloying too quickly.
I reckon I could get to about 50 packs.
Also, agree with point made about non potato crisps, they can't be included. Maybe have a different category for baked and maize snacks, like different boxing divisions. [Post edited 2 Jun 14:15]
