Who knows who masterminded it. They say they didnt use the usual marketing ad spend. If true then that to me sounds like the head of marketing came up with idea who then signed it off with the financial director.
Anyways the point is ashton wasnt hounded at all about the shirts. He wasnt mentioned other than the OP being created for the reasons found by how this thread has gone. |  |

As ive said since the whole farage thing. I dont really share my view on him but i appreciate both those who like him and those that dont.. both are entitled to that view and both are entitled to counter the views.

I think this is a great little gesture to local football. Its penny's to the club, but significant help to each team.
Re Ashton - overall he's done a superb job. But regards the stuff a few months ago - I'm sure in hindsight most will see it as a mistake, but my problem is he lied and he's never apologised. |
