It is a daft idea akin to the EU moving their administration, twice a year, between Brussels and Strasbourg.
It would have been better to start an enquiry with a view to divesting power in England to regional authorities. A lot of Burnham’s views are the same as when he twice failed to gain election of the Labour Party, they may have been appropriate then but things have moved on.
As far as I am concerned the jury is still out. The budget in October will be the key to our future. |  |

Doesn’t every party like to stir the brown stuff , after all they are all pigs at the trough , every nook cranny and crevice is turned inside out to expose some kind of weakness in the individual or party , it gets tiresome and every major player will experience the same treatment.
