This one does make a lot of sense and would likely start, not sure what kind of fee he would command. |
You're probably looking at from £15m to £20m region.
You look at Santiago Gimenez who went to AC Milan from Feynoord, very similar record little bit better record, little bit younger, he went for £30m I believe.
Brian Brobbey went to Sunderland last year for under £20m from the Eredvise, so you would suspect around that £15m to £20m mark, which is about the figure you're going to pay for a main man number 9. |  | | |

We'll be a 'staging post' like Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth have become in the PL.
Nothing wrong with that, but our better players will only have a 1 to 2 year period with us. |  | | |

Would certainly slow down, as by definition we would have less catching up to do. Just a case of raising the standard of the floor, and upgrading the weakest links. Right now there's a lot to do as its the Harry Clarke, Palmer and Ogbene's of the world, next summer if we survive it'll likely be something like 6 out, 6 in and be players like Johnson, Akpom, Walton, Furlong, Nunez for the chopping block. Similar to Sunderland this summer I imagine. |  | | |
