I really wanted it to work for Ogbene. He seems like one of the nicest people at the club, the way he spoke about overcoming serious injuries and working with the community etc, he seemed very grounded. He had strength and potential, but with the injury and rise of Ipswich it just never dovetailed, which is a shame for him. |  |

Thought it was interesting O'Neil commented he likes his wingers to play inverted. So, little use for McAteer as a direct runner down the line. Expect he goes and we sign some competition in a similar mould to Fatawu given he seems to see Egeli as a 10. | | | |

Not surprising to hear that either of them could be leaving, but it would surprise me to see both. We'd be very thin on the ground for proper RW options.
That said, we do have a number of players who "could" play back-up to Fatawu: Egeli, Enciso, Philogene, Clarke, Maeda, Ouattara - even Furlong if things got really desperate.
Come to think of it, maybe those two leaving would confirm Philogene is definitely staying... |  |

I feel for Kasey as he is obviously a good lad and tries his best, but everything about the technical side of his game is woeful. Body positioning, control, short passes played is just league one at best. Physically great but we need more than that. He needs a loan out to try and find his place in the league ladder. |  | | |

My guess is Ouattara would be the first RW replacement now but was just needed in CM Saturday?
I really don't want to see KM as a regular sub on for us at this level from what I have seen over the last year. I just thing he goes into the decent Championship level player bracket. |  |

Need to pick our battles a bit though. Can't get through everything that would ideally get done, and don't want to leave ourselves short of natural right sided players.
I do think he's probably in the next tranche of departures though if we're recruiting as a premier league again next summer (or maybe Jan). | | | |
