Why is no one suggesting Mcguinness , played left back against us for Arsenal u21s in the FL Trophy and looked a class act, surely the possibility of Ward not being able to play every game is why we got him in on loan for the season |  | | |

Yeah he’s a CB. Has played left back before though at youth levels. Quick, strong but for me just better on the ball than Kenlock.

I think if we are going to put a square peg there (and it's probably needed as Kenlock isn't good enough) then wouldn't Wolfie (if fit) be better at LB and keep the CB's the same?

Woolfenden's played right-back, as has Ndaba, but I don't recall either at left-back. Donacien played the season before he joined us at left-back from Accrington.
