If you register your interest to go 14:19 - Nov 29 with 1767 views | textbackup | Why? The experience won’t be remotely the same, no atmosphere, sht football, crap players, drip for a manager. What is it that you want to go back for? (Genuine question, not a dig, as I see no positive in going back)

I sit at the same desk whether I’m working, completing Uni assignment, or watching football All 3 are doing my nut in to different extents, a change of scenery would be nice

Your first line is where the problems with reopening grounds begin imo.

I don't think it's possible. Unless they go for a meal.

If you register your interest to go on 15:42 - Nov 29 with 1547 views | brogansnose | I won't be registering my interest to attend games. Putting the quality of the football and him in charge to one side, it would just be weird. Even watching i follow, every game feels like its a training game or pre-season game. I've worked all through the pandemic so I don't feel the need for socialising, in fact , the opposite. Next September after a vaccine and a different manager then yeah.

Humans are generally overrated to be fair.

And expected to leave on completion of meal I read yesterday. Or is that only in a specific tier?

Plenty of places doing outside beers, whilst it’s not ideal; better than nothing!

Possible if you have an outside beer. I am seeing more and more places in Ipswich offering takeaway beers or have outside areas where it is allowed to meet your friends. Had a walk down the waterfront today and the Cult Bar have made some seats with pallets and serving draft beer. The Greyhound have posted about having made some outdoor seating areas. There is also a food and drink market coming to Ipswich throughout December which complies with the covid rules. (Junkyard it is called for anyone slightly interested).

I've watched enough of our lame duck manager phases in the freezing cold. A pandemic makes it even easier to avoid.

If you register your interest to go on 16:35 - Nov 29 with 1421 views | judespiveyg | Were I still a season ticket holder I'd register interest for the games over Christmas. I always just go straight to the ground anyway, and go straight home after the game, so not being allowed in a pub doesn't affect me. Watching football in person is so much better, I much prefer being able to see the whole pitch and observe the movement of the players and the shape of the teams rather than just following the ball like a TV camera does. As a Cobbold stander it's not like I do much singing either. The only thing I do when I go to football is watch the game, so my experience wouldn't change dramatically.
