He was a just a massive coup at the right time right? Think the idea was to give us protection as he, at the time, was probably considered to go on to big things in the Prem. Obviously been unlucky with his injuries - i will be sad to see him go and that he never lived up to that loan spell. |  |

Yeah, probably.
I’m a huge fan of the player he has shown himself to be in the past but he’s been a massive disappointment. Not sure if PC is enough of a fresh start for him or even if the problem is how he’s used. Seems to be that the long injury has taken something away, physically and/or mentally.
Hope he can resurrect his career. He’s got all the attributes on paper. |  |

I read somewhere that the media team didnt feel it was right to do much under Lamberts time due to the Ill feeling around fans etc.
Which makes sense as everything the club tweeted was followed by lambert out | |

They have stepped it up. Detailed in the fans forums meetings - basically they took the view towards the end of lamberts reign to reduce the output because of the feeling from the fans. Decided to step it up now with the new manager. | |
