It chills me to think of the money Evans let Lambert waste on Harrop, Parrott and Thomas in January. Thomas I have sympathy for on a human level of course, but I find it hard to believe we were completely unaware of anything being amiss there. Harrop and Parrott are just dog turd and both likely on a decent wedge. To then sack Lambert shortly after the window closed and leave a new manager with a bloated, under performing squad is classic banter era. | |

The unfortunate Thomas just smacks of the sort of lack of attention to detail and undervaluing of the medical side of the club that's characterised the Evans era.
