Has anyone actually signed a pay as you play deal in the last decade?
They seem to be something that exist purely in the minds of our fan base these days. I know they have existed in the past but I think those days are over.
As this is TWTD I will now wait for someone to post a one off example from the Slovakia third division to prove me wrong.
