I hate West Ham, but 20:08 - Nov 7 with 3030 viewswkj

What a job David Moyes is doing there right now. I reckon Man United could go far with a manager like him

Manchester United sacked him far too early. He should have been given 3 years to turn it around there. Fergie left him a team that may have been champions but that was finished at the top level.

Thinking the same, would love them to win the league, but only for moyes and to rub salt in the united wounds..

Indeed. Moyes was a bit of a boss at Everton. An old guardian article that I cant locate pretty much did a 'day in the life' article. It showed Moyes having a very managerial type office, you knew he was in charge.

When he went to Man U he forgot to be David Moyes, and it seems he's starting to get back to that ethos of being a 'big cheese' type of gaffer again - and it shows.

Never go that far, West Ham are only an extra finger away from being Norwich.

There was a similar article online, that I can't find either. He had a room set up and all over all of the walls were players who were targets and being watched, he was thinking several seasons ahead in terms of squad progression and replacement.

I do think he needs time, and never got it at United, pleasingly.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Moyes far superior to Andy Serkis (Ole), he also has Rice who is off the scale.. on 20:49 - Nov 7 with 2459 viewsunstableblue

.... good, and still improving

It was an interesting game... the Spammers sat back after their weird goal, and let Liverpool in completely.. when they equalised West Ham went back into their high energy fast break mode and Liverpool just couldn't handle it...

I'm quite warming to West Ham, nice to see Cresswell progressing, that was actually a good acquisition under Jewell

Finally, Zouma is a great great business

I couldn't believe they binned off their Fergie successor less than a year in just because he'd had a poor season. Amazing really.

Cresswell was really lucky not get sent off for that assault on Henderson

I was wondering whether his foot got pushed up by the top of the ball? Making it higher

Still it was certainly a very full blooded challenge, and dangerous

He definitely got a bit of a touch on the top of the ball.

Rice was terrific. He is getting better and better.

He’s done a brilliant job in both spells as West Ham’s manager. During that first spell they looked certainties for relegation, but he kept them up before moving on. This time it is on another level, missed the top 4 by two points last season and absolutely flying at the moment, they are a very exciting team to watch. Could never really see what all the fuss was about regarding Declan Rice, but the more I’ve watched him this season, he really is a wonderful player. Credit to Moyes again?!

Doesn't he have a better Manure win ratio than most of not all of his successors?

Will they be like Leicester of the past 2 seasons, almost but not quite top 4? That'd be the equitable thing, it being West Ham and all that.

Don't get this hatred of other football clubs.
I don't even hate those up the road. I couldn't give a squirrels poo about them, but I don't hate them.
Let's all try and drop hate from our vocabulary.
You will hopefully feel better for it.

No, I feel better for my dislike of West Ham. They come well above Norwich for things to dislike( Norwich is purely a geographical footy thing), though Liverpool run them close. Strangely, I liked Shankley, Paisley, Fagin, Dalglish etc and Klopp, and of course John Lyall. Boils down to supporters and historic journalistic bias think.

You can only hate someone if you love them.

Moyes is doing a great job at West Ham, but that's his level, he will do a good job at teams Like West Ham, Everton, will get you challenging for top 4 but he was completely of his depth at Man Utd, easy now to say Man Utd should have kept Moyes because there struggling, but that's because Ole is out of his depth

I dislike West Ham too, because living down there for 35 years no one is bigger than West Ham, some of their fans are so arrogant.

Moyes was not out of his depth at Old Trafford and neither is Solskjær there now, the club suffers from having elements within both the owners and the supporters who are impatient and ill informed. This is compounded by a fragility in the way they respond to media criticism that gets amplified and recycled because others find it so comical.

Moyes and Ole are both out of their depth, If Pep or Klopp was at Man Utd they would be challenging for the league. I don't normally agree with Michael Owen but he was spot on saturday, saying Ole doesn't know what system to play, where City and Liverpool play a system and they buy players to fit into there system they are playing
