Indeed. Moyes was a bit of a boss at Everton. An old guardian article that I cant locate pretty much did a 'day in the life' article. It showed Moyes having a very managerial type office, you knew he was in charge.

There was a similar article online, that I can't find either. He had a room set up and all over all of the walls were players who were targets and being watched, he was thinking several seasons ahead in terms of squad progression and replacement.
I do think he needs time, and never got it at United, pleasingly. |  |

He’s done a brilliant job in both spells as West Ham’s manager. During that first spell they looked certainties for relegation, but he kept them up before moving on. This time it is on another level, missed the top 4 by two points last season and absolutely flying at the moment, they are a very exciting team to watch. Could never really see what all the fuss was about regarding Declan Rice, but the more I’ve watched him this season, he really is a wonderful player. Credit to Moyes again?! |  |
