yeah it could be more about play a good game today, do really well and he could start/be on bench on Saturday?
Yengi or Amin could be considered tomorrow (hence no involvement today) but won't be on Saturday. Saturday will be taken much more seriously than tomorrow night.
I'm sure you are right though Joe considering he's transfer listed. If he's not even on the bench Saturday, I agree he's not going to be involved this season full stop and he's as good as gone. [Post edited 30 Nov 2021 14:04]

I'd imagine there must be some kind of contractual obligation to provide some sort of playing opportunity to keep him fit.
If he's behaving the right way then let him earn his place again and get him in the team I say. It's not hard to work out we're a better squad with him in it. | |

I like Pigott but he’s not a target man and if we continue to lump the ball forward and feed of the scraps, then a player like Norwood is a better bet.
For me, Pigott doesn’t fit in at the moment unless we can get the ball forward to him along the ground. Looks like a player who prefers to be part of a two up front. But, nonetheless, Pigott is next in line and deserves a start. | | | |
