Tugengdhat, who admittedly has an easier hand to play, is coming out of the C4 'debate' head and shoulders above the rest.
Probably means nothing in the race, but the others are all coming across as false bullsh1tters.

Yet he’s the only one who’s looking to expand the Rwanda deportation programme apparently. The others have just said they won’t scrap it.

I was starting to think he’s the most sensible of the bunch, but wanting to expand that programme is pure evil.

Sadly I think to get to this stage you have to be ruthlessly ambitious. It’s about who can fool the public more. None of this lot want the job to serve.

Truly impaired.

Very different from Cameron when he was trying to win votes in 2010.

At the end of that round of the debate. He just shook his head and the audience knew exactly what he meant
It was nicely done.

Yes. Hence the change in her voice in recent years as well.

In that clip, yes (how pathetic are the others btw - why do they still feel they need to defend Johnson lol?).

But his position on Rwanda still marks him out as a deeply flawed individual. Either he’s evil or he has no principles and is happy to use human suffering to play to the Party’s racist base. Vile stuff either way.

For me, Mordaunt was the only one who attempted to answer the NHS question.

Ah, they're forcing them to talk about green issues.

He has been calling Johnson out ever since Johnson got the job. I don't necessarily agree with him on other matters.
Truss is truly empty and valueless.

Nice and fluffy remarks on green energy, except Badenoch who is a complete nutter on the issue.

Not sure why I expected better.

From the bit I've seen each of them have their own way of avoiding the issues raised.

It's been "I'll do this/do that" but with little explanation as to how.

Less of who's stood out as a potential leader, just more of who'd be the least of a tw't really.

I think Truss will have done well with the members tbh, funding tax cuts by borrowing will appeal to them. I'd say she has a good chance of being the next PM at this point.
