This is possibly the OP's finest moment. It may sound like sacrilege to some but…… by Portman_Pie 4 Feb 2023 18:33Someone with a tactical brain - who, after 20 minutes would have the balls to take someone off and change the shape. I’m a bit bored of watching the same turgid formation for every minute of every game under McKenna now.

In about half an hour… on 08:41 - Sep 22 with 3126 views | peterleeblue | Why would McKenna go to a basket case of a football club and potentially ruin his hard won reputation in a matter of weeks. Yes he will go but only once Ipswich have hit their high water mark. Which clearly is not 3rd in the Championship!

If you are a scummer, than of course you all want KMc to leave us, but it ain't happening. I would love it if everytime someone posts something about KMc leaving, we just downvote it and ignore it.

In about half an hour… on 07:33 - Oct 6 with 2147 views | WeWereZombies | Sorry to drag this funny old thread up but this morning's BBC headlines had me wondering why West Ham's win last night was record breaking: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67014086 'The London club clinched an impressive record by becoming the first English side to go 17 consecutive games in European competition without defeat. Pep Guardiola's Manchester City team, Don Revie's Leeds in the 1960s and Bill Nicholson's 1970s Tottenham side all managed 16 games unbeaten.' But have they played over fifty home games in Europe unbeaten ?

Its record breaking because they the first English side to go 17 consecutive games in European competition without defeat. Our record is an entirely different record. And it will probably not be beaten. Especially with the league structure of European competitions., where weakened teams will be played if qualification to the next stage has alreasy been confirmed.

yes but have they ever lost at home? Brighton couldn't even manage that after 1 game!! Maybe we should send them a banner about it [Post edited 6 Oct 2023 8:52]

I think the bubble machine malfunctioned eighteen months ago against Eintracht Frankfurt in an Europa League semi-final.
