I had a bad feeling about today even before reading any of that! Iirc, we’ve always struggled to come away from theirs with anything. Hoping I’m wrong!

Improved conditions by second half

Suits us

Only early November so pitch should hold up

Just have a feeling - as per previous post that today is pivotal. 6 points from the next two and we are in a very strong position. I know many will take 4.

I’d probably take 4 right now if their is significant illness in the squad!

A draw today is by no means a poor result. They're strong at home.

Barry Fry pissed on each corner flag to lift a gypsy's curse at St. Andrews back in the nineties.
Maybe it was a slow reacting piss ....and it has started to take effect.

Won 4 D 2 L 1 at home

Lost 2-0 at home last time to Hull last game though, under Rooney. And some hostile local reaction.

Can we get into them early and unsettle them? Depends who’s fit.

If Morsy, Williams, Davis, Hirst and Broadhead start I fancy us.

Wasn't Birmingham away Mick's first or second game in charge? Seem to remember we won 1-0. May be our only win there in ages!

He needed that bounce and I think arresting the slide in that first game in charge was massive in our survival

I already had a bad feeling that we could be about to hit the buffers for a period. We have been terrific but maybe an adrenaline fueled start to the season will fizzle out a bit now.

I don’t think it’s that much of a secret. Williams posted he was ill the other night and looks like Clarke is starting with all the social media posts.

Considering their relative form this season I think I'd prefer Donacien to start ahead of Clarke. Especially away.

I love JD, but he looked way of it and uncomfortable against Fulham. Then again, he's proved us all wrong in the past and is a magnificent chap. Clarke is more match ready I'd say.

JD is only just back fit and wasn't great the other night. Clarke hasn't been at his best this season but no way should JD start ahead of him today if Williams isn't fit.

Also has a bit of groin and came off early as a result.

Clarke will be fine.

Has to be Clarke, but Williams is such a step up from Clarke, he will be missed. Don’t know what has happened to Clarke, but he leaves sooooo much space in behind him. Can almost guarantee that a goal against us will come from him being out of position and us being attacked down that flank. He gets sucked into the wrong position too often for me.
