We have scored 17 goals in 6 games. I think he has made a real difference to the team. we really missed Hirst throughout January. Kieffer has really filled that void and his workrate is far higher than many on here thought. Not at Hirst level but other elements of his game are an upgrade on George. |  |

I know we wanted Gallagher but I suspect Moore was always likely to be more effective for us in the short term

We failed to score against QPR and Stoke whilst Hirst was out, and didn't face Southampton during the Hirst to Moore gap. | |

He's been really good. He's some athlete, really strong physically and he was still sprinting after 90 minutes today which was impressive. He's not as mobile or agile as Hirst but he's more of a penalty box threat and brings others into the game very effectively too. Been a great signing thus far. |  |

When we lost Hirst it was clear we missed a focal point upfront which is so important to how we play. Moore has been very good, 4 goals so far, Hirst got 6 in the first half of season.

Yes, he’s been a very good signing, it also helps with his size that we are able to knock it long sometimes for KM to hold up. On occasions this season we’ve been caught out overplaying at the back, having an outlet like KM up top keeps the opposition honest with the odd long ball. He certainly helps in both boxes for set plays too, even as a decoy. | |
