Good luck Ali. Played a small but significant role in that 23/24 promotion affecting games when he came on.

Just had a look and vast majority are saying good luck, with a small number along the lines of good riddance. Can’t see anything remotely vitriolic unless I’m missing something?

There's some nice messages from Town fans but 'unlucky Luton' 'get in' GIFs of cheering crowds, 'thank god for that' 'phew' and loads like that.
Charlton away isn't what I'm talking about. It's the sneering fans we seem to have attracted who treat it all like a video game.

At the end of the day i think a lot of inherent racism comes out in these situations which is quite disgusting.
There is no reason he should be treated any worse than any other player so thats all i can deduce.
I was quite proud to have an Iraqi playing for ipswich. I think it attracted some new fans for the club in that area which was nice.
Always tried hard and looked really impressive in the last champ season. I think he will do ok next i just hope he feels appreciated by the majority of ipswich fans and ignores the idiots. |  |
