Wow. Didn't make it to the bottom first time as distracted. The end is amazing. It's like a divorced bloke ranting as he's thrown out of the pub after 15 pints.

Bury FC statement on 12:26 - Aug 28 with 3430 views | Basuco | The whole piece lost a lot of credibility with the part about the BBC, someone should tell them that the Government funded the over 75 free TV licence and they decided to withdraw this funding, not the BBC. Makes you wonder what else in there was not the actual truth!

To nit pick, the Government moved the funding of over 75s to the BBC and it was the BBC who then deemed it unaffordable. Did the Government know what they were doing when they moved it across? Well... As for the link in the OP, I see Stephen Yaxley-Lennon has acquired a job.

It reminded me of matt halfcock's famed electioneering clip from Haverhill, when he swerves in a seemingly random manner, mid sentence, from talking about the NHS to allegations of Labour Party anti-Semitism.

Bury FC statement on 13:34 - Aug 28 with 3250 views | GeoffSentence | Farkin hell. Have Bury been taken over by Britain First knuckle draggers? What a rambling piece of nonsense and to finish off with an attack on licence fees and the running of the proms is off the scale batshlt crazy for an organisation that should be focussing on sorting the problems at the club out.

This seems to be a specialty of the current lot to make other/rival organisations look bad. Same thing happened with the bailout of TfL - put a load of unpopular conditions on it (no free travel for freedom pass holders etc), and now Sadiq Khan is getting most of the flak. Very convenient before election year.
