Specifically non alcoholic. I try to avoid caffeine later on in the day, and when I'm not boozing I find it leaves me with little choice other than perhaps water or squash, which get a bit boring. Any suggestions?

I tend to have a cup of tea or coffee at about 8pm most nights - though I am on long term meds that basically send me to sleep so the caffeine isn't too much of an issue.
Other than that it would just be a glass of water tbh. |  |

I had a tonic water over lashings of ice last night, with a dash of lime juice. Very refreshing and I didn’t miss the gin (going sober for a bit  ). Still a lot of sugar in it though.
