Favourite burger 14:04 - Jun 8 with 5323 views | The_Last_Baron | Ladies and gentlemen, the sun is out, the weather is hot and that means it is the perfect time for a beer and a burger. The big question is what is your favourite burger. I had a burger there weeks ago which was the greatest burger I've ever tasted. It was huge and prime quality , hit the spot so good that I could not move for half an hour. And all for £4.50. Bit of camerbert, some sauce the like of which I've never experienced before, but who cares, it was magnificent, and some other trimmings which hit the spot. So what is your burger of choice. I like a good venison one. [Post edited 8 Jun 2021 14:05]

Favourite burger on 14:07 - Jun 8 with 2921 views | DanTheMan | If I'm going to do it, I like to make it myself. Have to use high fat beef, then I don't tend to add a lot. Cracked black pepper maybe, no salt until it's about to go onto the BBQ. Then traditional bits and pieces in the bun and some burger sauce. Extra points if you can make the brioche buns yourself.

I like a burger burger.... on 14:20 - Jun 8 with 2869 views | Bloots | ....it's just a burger, between two more burgers. Or maybe a bacon burger burger. As above but with a slice of bacon between each burger. With meat gravy.

Bloody hippy. Mrs Dub recommends the Naked Without the Moo burgers from waitrose fwiw. My choice would be homemade patties, using high fat mince, bit of seasoning, poss a bit of cajun spice if I'm feeling fancy. Served with melted cheddar, chorizo slices, gherkin, ketchup. Brioche bun ideally.

I like their cheese quarter-pounders. Wimpy do a jolly nice cheese quarter pounder as well. So do Five Guys but you pay for it........

In my meaty days of yore I was quite partial to a Wimpy bender in a bun with a big dollop of brown sauce

I bloody love falafel. Very fattening, but worth it when done right, with a nice sauce to accompany it.

Favourite burger on 15:01 - Jun 8 with 2594 views | Bluefish | I regularly make the biggest one in the shops with a brioche bun, mushrooms, Stilton and jalapeños. Absolutely taste sensation. Just cook the mushrooms in a pan and chuck the jalapeños and Stilton in to then melt

Pardon my ignorance- do vegan burgers and steaks taste like actual beef ones?
