In parts, but we don’t have the strikers MM had by a long way.

The only Muff in Town.

I wouldn’t be surprised if our playing wage bill is higher now than it was under Mick….!

It's a L1 squad until we get promoted to the Championship, we win nothing on paper. Some very exciting players but we need to start winning games

Now to develop partnerships and get a Championship TEAM out of it instead of a League 1 relegation TEAM. I hope both the new keeper and Morsy and Edmundson as well can all provide the missing leadership and organisation.

The best squad for a few years but let's not get carried away. The championship players that have come in were typically not regular starters in that league (morsy does look the pick of the bunch for me).

And 30 places lower whilst being one of the biggest/expensive in the division rather than in the bottom 3 of that particular measure.

Crazy.

Although it's hard to see who has the quality of Chambers, Skuse, Murphy or McG at their peak. This time next year homers...

I'll bite. I've liked the look of Burgess so far. I think he could be as good for us as Chambers.

I like what I've seen of Morsy on the Youtube clip. He has a much more rounded game than Skuse (who was very good for many years but basically was an excellent reader of the game, intercepter and recycler of the ball, but not much more than that).

Bonne has started the season in fairly peak Murphy-esque fashion.

Edwards can dribble like McGoldrick. Can he finish like him? Or maybe Celina will come back a more rounded player, allied to the flair and eye for a spectacular finish.

They are all only pencilled in at the moment, but the potential is there for four or even five more players to cement themselves in our hearts.

And I like the look of Burns, too. And I rated KVY very highly pre-injury. And Coulson could be as good on the left as Chambers ever was on the right...

Murphy, Mcgoldrick, Waghorn….also Pitman got double figs in the champ, as did Sears.

Bite? If they produce that sort of quality a league down we'll finish on about 200 pts

Bite as in "bite the bullet" meaning nail my colours to the mast and be enthusiastic in spite of the no wins in 5, rather than saying you were trolling.
