Excellent result tonight for Boris 21:29 - Jun 6 with 4015 views | FrimleyBlue | Not easy being the PM during one of the toughest few years this country has had for many decades. Time for the out brigade to grow up now and work together to deliver their promises.

Not really. I find it all rather pathetic from the outers tbh. If they feel that strongly, resign and join another party. Otherwise work together to get this country through these tough times.

Can no one else spot the irony and sarcasm here? It isn't even a troll. I find it highly amusing that a couple of Tory fans take it seriously in upvoting it. It has worked so well as a turn of phrase in uniting the country around Brexit. Surely it will now around supporting the first ever criminal Prime Minister. [Post edited 6 Jun 2022 21:42]

“Otherwise work together to get this country through these tough times.” And how is the most incompetent PM in generations going to pull us out of this mess? Mind you he does smirk rather a lot, perhaps you are attracted to his general smarminess.

That would be amusing if 148 MPs resigned from the Party thereby removing Johnson as PM. Presumably there would then be the potential for a coalition Government before a potential election. Isn't going to happen any more than EU supporters are going to suddenly say "oh, it's OK a corrupt campaign of lies supported by Russian propaganda led to a narrow leave victory so we should now pretend everything will be OK and rally round"!

A mess he's more than helped create ffs. Anyone missing that key point needs to be quiet and stop offering an opinion. They give votes to these people for pity's sake.

eh ? Johnson has pretty much ripped up the lies he told the gormless, and is now coming up with more nonsense that he is hoping will be swallowed as I dont recall flogging off housing association houses as an answer to the housing shortage though there was a lot about not raising NI 50,000 nurses, not happening controlling our borders.... by not implementing checks on imports and allowing an EU controlled border inside UK sovereign territory Manchester to Leeds new railway, gone the same way as the HS2 to Leeds - not happening Help parents by making childcare available in the holidays - again quietly forgotten Improve the energy efficiency of social housing - again, not happening fix the crisis in adult social care - not happening so apart from overseeing the deaths of 170,000 people, allowing billions to be lost in Covid loans fraud and PPE scams all fatboy has done is successfully trousered money from various dodgy Russians - of course, no connection there with Fartrage and Le Pen taking money to try to undermine the EU of course not, you would have to be a snidey, lying sht to do that

At first I was afraid, I was mesmerised Kept thinking I could never live without your hot takes at my side But then I spent so many nights thinking how you did me wrong And I grew strong And I learned how to get along And so you're back Talking so much sh*te I just walked in to find you here with that smug look upon your face I should have changed that stupid lock, Phil should have made you leave your key If I'd known for just one second you'd be back to bother everyone. One of the worst no confidence results by a Tory leader for 40 years and this is your take. I knew you were stupid, I guess I never knew how stupid. SB [Post edited 6 Jun 2022 23:06]

What has tonight achieved exactly? That's my point, it doesn't change anything, it was never going to go any other way tonight. Boris is a spokesman of the party they are all part of. If things are broken, they too are part of the problem. Get rid of Boris, what then. The next spokesman runs the party to the ground just like the last one, the one before and the one before that. Rather than wasting time and money on bull like tonight, work together to actually get the country moving in the right direction.

You've made a mistake in your post. I can't see a random comparison to Bennetts anywhere in there so I'll give you a few minutes to edit it. I know Bennetts and Boris both starting in a "B" could be confusing when you're cutting and pasting. SB
