Erm not really. I think it's obvious why they're banned. Just thought that whilst that's the case.. can't help but think it still looks brilliant.

Not sure why they're banned in the UK on 09:03 - Sep 16 with 2319 views | dirtyboy | They're obviously dangerous. However, I still love them (wouldn't bring them to a game for clarity) God knows how many close calls we've had on family bonfire nights with myself, brother, friends and cousins all lighting rockets at once and legging it leaving some poor sod panicking when theirs isn't lit, everyone esle's is and they don't want to let the side down lol! A bit of blue and white smoke would be ace though.

We've banned Greeks? Is this because Prince Phillip died?

They do look brilliant. But apparently some people can’t breathe properly but are able to walk down the street breathing in car flumes….obviously I’m just trying to wind people up…but I am right.

Not sure why they're banned in the UK on 18:19 - Sep 16 with 1530 views | ibbleobble | The stadium didn’t burn down. Nobody died or were injured. The game wasn’t delayed. I’m sure a few Olympiacos supporters with asthma or other breathing ailments complained on a forum although there were no reported spikes or severe cases reported in hospitals or mentioned in the Piraeus gazette. …but there could have been. This debate has rumbled on for years. Fun and risk versus not. TWTDs demographic are far more #staysafe so this conversation always gets skewed by opinion of an older generation less inclined to want pyrotechnics. Let’s face it though, this club ever having occasion to warrant such a spectacle is a long way off!

What a prize d1ck you are! “Can’t help but think it looks brilliant” - I’m sure it does on tv (or iFollow in your case). I know this is hard for you but put yourself in the situation of actually being at the game and you or one of the people you are with gets hit by one of these! As has previously been said you wonder why you draw the comments that you do 🙄🤦â€â™‚ï¸

"Fun and risk versus not." They're not legal. You're making out it's some kill-joy fans who make the decision they aren't in the grounds. It's not complicated. Whilst they are illegal this 'debate' is in your head only.

Pah. Unless you've seen the North Stand festooned with bog roll, you have no idea what an 'atmosphere' is.

You seem to miss the point a lot I’ve noticed. I’m not discussing the legality. I’m discussing whether they add to the atmosphere. We’re all on board with the fact they’re prohibited at PR (well most are). The fact they’ve been made illegal is a standard draconian response rather than a safe solution devised to incorporate them to the match day experience. And yes, there’s been plenty of kill-joy fans moaning about the occasional blue smoke bomb over the years irrespective of legality. [Post edited 17 Sep 2022 13:57]
