Imagine Chaplin could well start over Harness and Jackson over Aluko.
1700 away fans is crazy! Big test for us as I don't think we've been playing that well for a few games.

I don't think he'll start Edwards against a tough Port Vale team with a young Humphreys in the team.

I would start Chaplin ahead of Edwards, especially given the changes in the middle. Otherwise I would go with your XI.
Don't see any reason why Burgess can't get back involved relatively quickly. He was playing regularly up until 4 weeks ago and with it being a facial injury I would think he could be OK for the bench. |  |

From the manager's comments this morning it looks as if Camara might be fit for the bench.
Also, Agbaje & Chirewa did well last week so wouldn't be surprised to see them being developed within the squad. | | | |

Not sure that most L1 managers would consider that a bench of Hladky, Keogh, Chaplin, JJ, Jackson was stretching it. Recent L2 goalkeeper of the year, Championship-hardened Keogh, ex-Championship Chaplin and Jackson, many people's MoM only last Friday. | |

This is what I expect. Perhaps Agbaje or Chirewa on the bench if Burgess isn't quite ready. I think Camara to be on the bench considering he played a half last week, unless we start him knowing full well he'll only make it to the hour mark. Hate playing players when we know we have to sub them, though. | |

I too would go Chaplin instead of Edwards. Chaplin has been rested and Edwards looks more effective coming off the bench.
I think Burgess and Camara will make the bench as long as they are fit enough. They both provide the cover we need in defensive midfield (I would imagine Burgess could come on and allow Woolf to push into midfield if needed). The alternative if we needed to replace one of the two who start would be to change system, I guess. |  |
