How many on here are getting a ST next year? 07:03 - Mar 24 with 3856 viewsEssexBloo

I’ve not had one for about 15 seasons but will be getting one next year again.

Would it be a reasonable target to have 20,000 ST holders?

I threw mine at Kieran the other Saturday.

We're having the most enjoyable and entertaining season for at least ten years...most definitely buying mine for next.

Yep, I will be renewing.

13 yr old wants one now as well - but guess what, she doesn't want to pay for it....

20k ST holders is certainly achievable.

It goes to show what can be done with owners that care how the club is run and a squad of players that are not full of loans or of an age where it's their last pay day, and a manager that is playing progressive football.

If you build it, they will come.

If I had the spare money, would be semi-tempted despite living far away and being unable to make more than a couple of home games a season - just to make it more possible to get away tickets closer to home. Think we're going to be selling out allocations at some grounds even in the Championship (we were at times even in the pre-relegation era).

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

To original poster: I’d suggest you get in there asap because they will fly off the shelves, and I can easily see closer to 22-23 STs being sold for next season, if not more.

Wow that would be incredible numbers.
Do you know if you get to choose your exact seat the same way as buying a match ticket or do the club just allocate one in the block/section you apply for?

I last had a ST in 2007/08 but had to give it up due to shift work and moving out of the area. Since then I've moved back but still doing shift work. I'm hoping to get a Mon-Fri role soon but won't find out until after the Early Bird deadline has passed. But if I do get the job then I'll be getting STs my 4 year old and I regardless.

Being on a schedule which aligns with my wife and the boy plus regular Saturdays at Portman Road would be bliss. And the increased salary would definitely be handy! 🤞

If not then it'll be the current 4/5 games a season when my rota (and wife!) allows.

I am sure you could purchase one and sell the ticket for games you cannot get to slightly below the full price without hitting too much of a financial implication (especially if you pay monthly).

Would be rude not to share these...

I think 20,000 ST holders is certainly achievable, particularly if we go up. I want one again next season (regardless of division).

Yes I’m sure from memory you choose your seat ( of those left available, after renewals of current ST holders have either renewed or decided not to in which case that seat then becomes available). I can’t see current ST levels dropping , but only increasing .

Yes. I sit in a group of eight and we're all renewing except one guy who is moving to Cobbold and sitting with his daughter, so collectively we're going up one ST.

There might be that many sold if we go up. Probably not if we’re still in L1

With Blue Action relocating to Cobbold A, does anyone know if the vacated spaces will be available to buy when the ST's are publicly available on 3rd April? My cousin wants to join us in the Lower North as I've convinced him to stop pretending he supports Arsenal.

Nearly bought ten after watching the video, luckily I remembered I'm one person and I live in Canada before purchasing. Good video though.

You can pick season tickets like match tickets, from a seating plan. Definitely renewing ours. 20k cutoff approaches.

They will be unless renewers take them first.
