The general feeling is that McKenna won't deviate from the system, I think. I don't see Hirst's absence and two 0-0s being enough to persuade him to change approach. We started with Jackson on his own against Leeds at home and we played him there for most of Leicester, too. Davis is a huge loss down the left if he's still injured, but we've only changed personnel so far when he's been unavailable.
Sarmiento is the curve-ball, potentially. Does his arrival cause McKenna to introduce a different system, while he awaits the strikers? My guess is no, again: that he won't abandon what's mostly worked so well, even if crucial players are absent. | | | |

I'll be open-mouthed if McKenna starts Broadhead at 9 today. Players' positions have just been so predictable all season (no criticism intended). I honestly don't remember a minute in which it's been anyone other than the designated strikers (Hirst, Jackson, Ladapo, Scarlett, Buabo). | | | |
