White supremacy stickers in Ipswich on 17:57 - Feb 3 by monytowbray | And then everyone asks how this stuff is becoming the norm again. In part because people want to play pedantic whatteraboutery or get more upset about the names associated with “elements of vs full blown” fascism rather than battling the early signs that result in being too far gone to fix it. In the end I concluded anyone who didn’t instantly respond pointing out it is bad and not acceptable in that thread is a c*nt. I’m sure there will be people here soon to moan name calling is bad and cheapens debate, but to that I say perhaps if it bothers you be less of a c*nt by, you know, not giving racists a leg to stand on. from dan's wiki link: "the Identitarian Movement in the UK is estimated to have a membership of less than 200 activists as of June 2019" they are far right racists and clearly very unpleasant, but why give them more prominence than they deserve? less than 200 activists doesn't equal "this stuff is becoming the norm again" and far right racists doesn't equal fascists. who does building these freaks up into some sort of national prominence benefit other than them? they are nasty social outcasts who go around sticking homemade labels to lamp posts. why give them more significance than that? and using words properly does matter. Of course not, it just happens by mere coincidence that the far right as a whole have in recent months expressed their support for Johnson Something they did not do for Cameron or May "A Boris Johnson aide has sparked fury after suggesting the UK should have a "special relationship" with Hungary's far-right leader." And there are no allegations waiting to surfacw of HJohnson accepting funding from dodgy right wing Russian billionaires ..............except for the easily available evidence that says there are

i have previously given you the definition of fascist. it does't just mean racist or right wing. that you can't understand the definition isn't my problem.

"... just as bad as saying that all Muslims should be guilty about terrorism because they are part of the same race." Being Muslim is a religion, not a race. "If you replaced 'white' with 'black' or 'gay' then the people putting the stickers up would be seen as heroes." Gay, maybe. Black? Nonsense. "It is literally just defending the white race" Er, what?

Its heightened visibility has every link to what has been unleashed and legitimised by Brexit. You have to own it I'm afraid. You voted for it.

White supremacy stickers in Ipswich on 18:59 - Feb 3 with 6520 views | GeoffSentence | I'd never heard of that lot before Callis' thread the other day. I commented on that one that they hadn't made much of a noise round my way yet. Well that didn't last long. It is spreading quickly. You have to hand it to them, there is some intelligent work going on. The general tone of some of the messages is mild and almost innocuous. 'It is OK to be white' for instance, on the face of it that is relatively harmless, and yet it all builds up into something of a narrative. It is pretty much a guided narrative leading from 'it's ok to be white', to something more sinister.

It's a poor newspaper article. Just showing people the relatively inoffensive stickers, and effectively saying "trust us, there were some really bad racist ones" leaves it too open to interpretation. They should have shown the more offensive ones with appropriate pixellation/asterisks to leave it in no doubt for everyone.

The problem is that those taking on board this absurd message that 'it's ok to be white', are overlooking that nobody said otherwise in the damned first place. That's why people are still fighting for black rights, gay rights and all other rights that have been denied since [almost] ever in some parts. That's the point. I'm white. I'm not a fan of the 'white privilege' term. I've had to fight for every inch my whole life. But then add on top of the crap I may have experienced with a darker skin and that could be increased tenfold. These c***s aren't interested in that. Because they are trash.

{b}And how is a poster saying it's okay to be white bad exactly? If you replaced 'white' with something like 'gay' then the people putting the stickers up would be seen as heroes because one is seeking to unify and remove supposed differences whereas the other is seeking the opposite
