Flag poles - Driving through Suffolk's lovely villages the last few weeks 10:12 - Jul 13 with 4176 viewsCoco

and i've noticed an ever growing amount of flag poles and Union flags. It made me wonder why this is and who on earth would want a bloody flag pole in their garden?

I like the "Dog loose in this Garden " sign

My suggestion is to change it's diet

And watch where you're walking

Agree with all of this. Hot tub is another warning sign of general rum'uns.

Also anyone who puts that fake AstroTurf in their garden.

The Blue Passport Brexit Brigade.

Top rules for buying houses. Avoid any property where a nearby house has one (or more) of the following.

1. A flagpole
2. A basketball hoop above the garage door.
3.A trampoline in the garden
4. Too many cars.

Accidentally down-voted.

Also, trampolines are alright as long as they aren't squeaky and being used by screaming children.

Hot tubs are for blokes who want to get busy with their mates' wives under the bubbles. Don't trust 'em and their wandering hands. Also highly likely to be swingers.

I'll add anyone who still has crazy paving and palm trees to the list. It's the UK, we shouldn't have palm trees here.

To be fair some elderly people have the fake lawn put in as they are not capable of maintaining it and can't afford to pay a gardener to do it.

To put in fake lawn is certainly not cheap.

We've got a massive piece/thing/bush of pampas grass in the front garden. Does there need to be more than one though, as I've never had horny housewives throwing themselves at me? Or maybe I need a hot tub as well?

It's all so confusing out in the big wide world for an innocent Suffolk buh.

I'm going to add caravans to that.

Our neighbour has a trampoline and another is a kerbside mechanic. He's even put a tent up in his garden to respray a car! He's only got about three teeth and smoke rollies.

Luckily we're only renting until our house is built.

I've got my flag pole on order with an Army flag and a Union Flag. Double down in style.

Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me. Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing. Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial. Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid. Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

Fair.

Just can't understand the logic of it (beyond super easy maintenance if you aren't very mobile). Do people hope a random game of soccer sixes breaks out in their back garden?
