Norwich have a couple of Scouts that are based in the town and from Ipswich, so they know the landscape of youth around here very well. | |

We seem to be getting better, but we had a period 3 or 4 years ago where we properly let our guard down. 'Fighting back' was how Lee O'Neill described it. Neither of my friends have been contacted about moving their kids to Ipswich though. One would certainly consider it. | |

Are we that far behind though? It's been going on for years that they have scouts in the town. Of their current youth isn't only Cantwell a bonafide youth product? As in the others (Aarons, Lewis, Godfrey) were bought for small fees?
I know it's the third tier but to have 5/6 youth products in every matchday squad is impressive. | |
