His words earlier today was that he managed to get a decent chunk laid off when he was 1.5 but still took a big hit (not 5-figures now though).
He also said another big chunk of his liabailities would be covered on the Trump +89.5 electoral collage handicap (that number may have been wrong I can’t definitely remember. He said that looks like being in which will help). I also know he was relatively big (vaguely remember a few weeks ago him mentioning a grand or around that figure) on trump to win Florida. So that would have helped a bit.
He’s a big American Football punter as well as racing and politics so perhaps the bet to him wasn’t as big as it seems to us sane folk.
