Just read an article on Football365 and this word cropped up.

"Scott Fraser ..... is the ultimate League One star to add to the Gatracticos that Ipswich are putting together"

A play on the spanish Galacticos but as we're the tractor boys - getit?

Some people have no shame.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

Hoped I’d never see it again.

I would be happy to let this phrase die a death and never see it again.

I really hate it.

I'm not gonna lie... after the 'Lambo' banner, I thought this was going to be right up your street. I'm very glad it's not.

'"The blue corner of Suffolk" is a rhetorical flourish that doesn't really work. (I guess there may be a small corner of Suffolk round Newmarket that is more Cambridge-coloured.)

I was also a bit surprised by the notion that there are more 'BIG CLUBS' in league 1 than usual. Hull have been replaced by Sheff W., but with Wycombe coming back down and Morecambe coming up, it doesn't seem specially heavy in heavy-weights. I guess Bolton were a basket-case so recently that their stature might be understimated by me.

I'd say next season League 2 is conspicuously 'light-weight', whereas the National League is the one with the unusually tasty fixture list. (All relative, of course.)

There are some Northern bits of Suffolk such as Beccles and Bungay which are likely to be Norwich oriented also?

Though when I lived up that way (during the Robson years) Blue outnumbered Yellow in some quarters. Takes some dedication now to make that length of journey to embrace the glory that is L1
