I think this is a tipping point where this sort of hate speech needs a very serious investigation and conviction. This isn’t the YouTube have a go science lot getting uppity, it’s clear incitement.

If we really value our NHS then this sort of rhetoric needs to meet the full force of the law and public opinion.

Her son was on Stephen Nolan’s show on R5 this evening. She’s clearly unhinged and he described a very odd upbringing, it was only when he hit 16 and mixed more that he realised that most other people didn’t believe the bull he’d been fed as a kid and logic defeated it all.

The publicity he has done has painted a tragic picture hasn't it?

I am all for free speech but this is threatening to kill people. Make them stand trial and prove their theory in a court of law, these people have no evidence and their scamdemic narrative changes every week. Give them as much rope to hang themselves with as they want and bring their whole movement down like we did with the BNP.

If the elite want to control us and become more powerful and wealthy they don't fake a disease and wipe millions off the value of their companies and investments and force Governments to increase taxation (something big business hates) to pay for a fictional recovery. The reason we're in this mess in the UK is because those very people wanted to keep us open for business longer, prolonging the whole thing, because they couldn't care less about who dies, just about their profit margin, and our Government has put those people first during this whole pandemic. That's why we are in this mess. Free market capitalism buying our laws under the guide of election donations.

This information terrorism needs to be put on trial and it's sources need to be exposed as the scam they are.

Vapes makes a similiar point as you above and I agree with with you both but where do we go from here ?

The fundamental point here is that there are some very rich people and institutions around the world, and they want to stay rich - the best way to do this is to fleece the public while at the same time deflecting said public's attention elsewhere by the manufacture of outrage against anything that isn't them.

It's been done so well that even people who say they want to remove the elites have distracted, manipulated and controlled into fuelling outrage at the wrong elites.

We just need some Hoffman lenses and we can show these people what's really going on....

Should people have the right to hold rallies demonising NHS workers, comparing them to Nazis and suggesting they should be executed?

I'm curious about the message on that black banner behind the deranged screechy lass

"Science isn't science without discussion"

Well...yes it is

Water doesn't freeze at 0 Celsius because everyone sat around and agreed that it could

Thermosiphon doesn't occur due to consensus

Science is facts, surely?

It's this modern sense of "all opinions have merit" or whatever way they want to dress it up. Which is absolutely nuts and just untrue.

The idea that expertise can be dismissed because it doesn't give these no marks equal weighting is very dangerous indeed. It's how we ended up with a BBC giving voices to neo-Nazis and their friends.

Yes. Because freedom of speech is excellent at revealing who the idiots are.
That doesn’t mean of course, that they should be immune from the law.

Science isn't fact, that is a common misconception.

Science is not fact nor is it based on factual evidence. Science is very simply the act of interpreting an observation of our environment and is limited by the tools we have available for observing. Then scientific fact as a result is only the most supported interpretation of scientific observation, or in other words, the most favored opinion of the things being observed.
