Yes, I thought it was just me. - Virgin Media WiFi.

I'm on Virgin Media and can get on but it's a bit slow, not sure if that's Virgin, my router or the work VPN. That's slow on everything not TWTD specifically. |  |

Could it be someone who's not done any necessary updates recently?
And which browser are they using? Chrome can be v. temperamental on some sites - sometimes a bit slow on here; placing Sainsbury's orders fails at the payment stage unless you clear cookies; the ITFC online shop wouldn't let me fill in my address, just stayed greyed out & endlessly buffering - but both were fine on Firefox. |  |

Both Virgin Media and Talk Talk use the same "web safe" blocking software and I've contacted them suggesting they've blocked us in error. We've done several scans and reissued the security certificate and we feel we're clear. | |

Actually I had the ITFC website come up as not secure earlier, refreshing the page worked. Sounds like that's a Virgin issue as well then. | |

Not been able to access TWTD all day
Only by going on another browser did i find out that Virgin Virus protection is blocking TWTD. Never had this before.
I've have to turn off the virus protection (which i'd rather not do) to be able to view TWTD.

FWIW, I have just put my ‘web safe’ block back on, on my Virgin account and tried TWTD again and it’s working like normal, so fingers crossed it’s been sorted!

Just tried to log on using Virgin Media, had to also turn off Web Safe to access the site, Notified Virgin Media that the site should not be blocked, Tried to send you a PM, not able to complete, problem with server listed! |  | | |
