...dependent on gut size. Personally I'd probably go one egg, with two rashers and one sausage. But alternative portion sizes are totally acceptable. (baked beans must be on the plate and not in a stupid little pot)

Whilst I admit I'm wrong I'm not having the mushrooms, they are evil. Nor the tomato, I don't like them grilled and you can't have them any other way with a full English.

I would say it should come with fried bread and toast. Why does it need to be a choice?

It goes better than that, when presented the choice I go for eggs royale (with spinach and mushrooms as well). I also make this at home regularly and haven't made a full English in years because of it. I have had 3 full Englishes in the past 10 days though due to hotel stays
