Or might well be true. Pigott came here off the back of a great season at Wimbledon but hasn't got going yet. Chances have been limited, so if there was a decent offer I wouldn't be surprised if we listened to it. |  |

About the right level for Norwood, if they offer any money for him we should take it. He's a relatively big earner and won't be here beyond the end of the season so makes sense to get rid now if we can and reinvest in another striker. |  |

Like him or loathe him he is a goalscorer and they don't come cheap.

In this context yes.
It's not like he's had a couple of years as a youth where he didn't do anything, he's had a decade before he's hit this season which would make it look more like a one-off than consistent.

Vardy was 25 and coming off the back of two excellent seasons at non-league level. Stockton's record before this year is really poor. It's hard to know if he's a late bloomer or just having a freak season but not sure we should pay to find out. | |
